DIES AT STOP LIGHTS

WHEN WE PULL UP TO A STOP LIGHT THE CAR WILL DIE BUT WILL START AGAIN IT FILLS LIKE THE ELECTRICAL SHUTS OFF FOR A SEC BUT IT DOES START RIGHT BACK. TRIED IT WITH THE BRAKE ON IN GEAR AND IT WILL DIE BUT START RIGHT BACK UP?

The idle control might be a bit dirty or the throttle plate might need adjustment and cleaning along with setting the valves and gapping the plugs. When was the last inspection II ?
