Hi,
When using the indicators on the car they sometimes flash once and then stop working - no sign on the dashboard and no lights on the indicator. This also affects the hazard lights too.

The general module is the circuit controller for the turn signals, try tapping on the unit and see if it changes things. It is in the black plastic box under the hood on the drivers side behind the shock tower. It has "GM"printed on it.
