I have Castrol 5w30 fully synthetic oil fst will it be okay to use in my BMW 339cd e46 2007?

Hi,
My manual doesn't show a 330. It does show a 335 with a 3.0L turbo engine.
According to the manual, the recommended oil for the 335 is 0W30. However, 5w30 is acceptable. See pic below.
