2006 BMW 330 car coolant boils over

i know this car has an electric water pump.
With engine off and temperature below 77 deg F,you turn heater on and the water pump works,used to heat car interior.
I did this,opened coolant reservoir and could see the coolant moving.
Question is ,why is the car overheating?

no it is not,bought May 2005 4 years/50,000 miles,that's why i am asking for help.
Once this car has been to the dealership it has gone through one starter,alternator and battery,in just 24,500 miles
