i have a bmw 330i,my mechanic recently diagnosed my car with a power steering leak on the return hose to the reservoir is this likely,and also he might be looking at a oil pan leak,coming from the gasket seal,is this also likely.

The P/S hoses have a tendency to "bleed"
Clean the engine B4 committing to repairing the pan gasket. The leak has a source, be sure you identify it B4 the repairs commence. Dont fix the pan and have it be the profile gasket on the oil filter housing, you get my meaning?
