I need to remove the door panel but could find no screws or fixings. I do not want to damage it by levering it off in the wrong place.

Can you please let me know how to remove it without damaging it.

There are screws in the door handle (AKA the grab rail, where you grab to pull the door shut) and behind the SRS emblem. There are covers on the grab rail that can be popped off with your fingers. Get all the screws loose and then the panel is secured with plastic darts that stab in to the door shhet metal. These can be popped out with a plastic wedge tool, just start at the bottom and work up. when removing, dont be afraid to use a little force. Also, be careful removing the vapor barrier, try not to tear it, replace it if it gets torn.
