I have a 1997 BMW 328i with 126,000 miles and it is a manual transmission. My car has recently had spells were it will rev up while driving and/or when setting idle. This has occured in all gears and neutral. I have replaced all 4 O2 sensors and it still is happening. What am I missing? Do I need to replace the mass air sensor also?? Please advise.
