1996 BMW 328IS 130,000 - the climate control blower changes speed randomly regardless of other factors with the car (no effect on car temperature) -and- the digital odometer display randomly flickers and I can only read the top half of the numbers - has anyone come across these issues before or can suggest possible solutions?
