Engine Performance problem

we just replaced the air,oil,and fuel fliters in the bemmer and all 6 coil spark plugs, before we thought it just needed a tune up cause it was past inspection and the car was losing power when i shifted. after the car is stalling more than it was from 1st to 3rd and when i step on the gas it feels like the fuel is "dirty" thru the gas pedal. it always got up fast and drove smooth both with sounds and the feeling thru the pedal. did we mess something up??? we also had the oil changed about 3 months or so ago before we changed the plugs and filters.
