Shakes or Wobbles problem

It might be a few problems but these are all the current problems.
When driving on normal roads while accelerating there is no problem but once i get to 3rd or 4th gear and i begin cruising the steering wheel begins to slightly shake
not so much that its ridiculous if i hold the wheel with both hands it wont shake at all, jsut a small side to side shake.
When on highway the shake is not there, however when i turn the wheel slightly to the left it kicks in vigorously but if i accelerate and turn the wheel harder left the shaking goes right away.
Also when breaking when i first push the break in it begins to shake, but if i downshift at the same time while im breaking there is no shaking.
P.S. my steering wheel is always a ltitle bit to the left never perfectly straight.
