front end noise

I have a 2001 BMW 325i.

A week ago I had new front brakes and new bushings put on my car. Now when I turn right or left I have a loud grinding noise. Are they related? Or is this a separate issue?

would have the brakes rechecked, there could be something that was not tight enough or not in properly.
