I changed the fuel filter and the fuel pump relay and still can't get it to turn over. It is trying to crank but just won't turn over. The problem started when I was driving the car and it started stalling then finally just cut off. And it would not turn over after that. So my first thought was the fuel filter so i replaced it then that did not work so I changed the fuel pump relay. Can you give me any suggestions that would be great.
