Vehicle runs great, with one exception. Whenever I slow down, at intersections, or behind another vehicle, I feel a strong bump as if there is something loose in the trunk. (Trunk is empty.)
It does not happen during braking, I only feel the bump when vehicle speed is reduced to 10-15 miles per hour and it is felt every time during slow down.
Could this be a clogged transmission filter?
Previous owner bought this car new and was axtremely meticulous about maintenance by BMW shop only. Have all records for vehicle and the only major repair was brakes.
