2003 BMW 325 6 cyl 51000 miles

Hi, I have a 03 bmw 325i. When I start my car after it has been sitting for a while it is rough for a second and then once it idles it is fine. I have no idea what is going on. It almost seems like it does not have enough fuel. I checked the battery and it is fine so I have no clue. Thank you in advance for your help.
