The passanger mirror does not move, took the motor out and tested it is OK, Took the drivers door window mirror switch out and it tested fine, also checked fuse #25 5 amp fuse it is also fine,, where could the problem be?

The general module is in control of the mirrors through a LIN bus. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Local_Interconnect_Network
The bus might be down, try disconnecting the battery for several minutes, reconnect it and see if the problem goes away, this is a reset, like control/alt/delete on a computer.
