Electrical problem
1993 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

My bmw started having this problem where it would sporadically have difficulty starting whether cold or hot, (hard starting ) but after a few attempts it will finally start, but when it starts it wil rev up to about 2500 to 3000 rpms. it will settle down after about 30 seconds and it runs fine. occasionaly while on the freeway it would just die on me I will pull over to the shoulder and the hard starting will occur and the reving then its fine again. after doing some trouble shooting I Narrowed it down to the circuitt breaker that controls the computer. Ive tseted the brekaer it seems to be fine. ive checked the connections the wiring to the circuitt breaker connector and everything looks good. I am pretty sure this is the problem because I can imitate the hard starting and reving and the stalling when I miss with this. any suggestions?
