1993 BMW 325 325 instrument panel flickers

While in drive mode. The instrument panel go's off and comes back on. Like a glitch. All warning lights go and than off. Every few moments. Rpms read zero, speed show zero. Jumps off and on

Please help!

Have your charging system checked out and all connections from the alternator/battery-also the ignition switch.
