first thing i always do is look at the plug, if the ceramic is broken or the electrode tip is broken then i know it was hit by a piston and i would have to probably rethread the heads and take a look at the piston, if theres no damage to the spark plug or head it probably wasnt installed tight enough.

im sure you are right because ive called some mechanics in the last hour and they said the same thing like you that probably it wasnt inseted right right now a BMW mechanic from the family is going to come to my house ill writte you back to let you know what it was altough im 99% percent sure you are right, one thing to add is that this guy changed the head like a month a go probably it has something to do with it.... and one more question does the past that you are supposed to add to the spark plug befor you assemble it back works?? is it essential to pu it??
