my car starts and then jumps sometimes then it will drive ok then do this jumping again...then its rpm revs high...then goes down when i put it in gear ...someone said it might be my fuel regulator

Sounds like an idle control issue. It may need a new idle control valve or an idle control unit or both. Part #'s are 13-41-1-707-395 & 13-41-1-286-133
