Shakes or Wobbles problem

Hi, when my BMW 323i is stationary or at low revs the engine vibrates quite a lot. When stationary I have to accelerate quite hard with the clutch to get it going.
The car when going a good speeds works a lot better and is smooth.
It has recently had a head gaskett change and the cylinder head has been repaired.
I have been told that this could be overfueling or there is a problem with the fuel pump.
An approx cost to repair would be great (I have already spent a fortune!)
