won't start...battery checked good...mechanic replaced temperature sensor...and thermostat...car started...wouldn't start...wont even tuyrn over...what could be the problem

No crank at all/nothing/nada:

Could be the starter, starter relay, park and neutral switch,clutch switch and ignition switch assuming the battery and connections are good.

It could also be a mis-alignment of the EWS system, if so then a trip to your BMW mechanic may be in order.
