Engine Performance problem
2001 BMW 320 Engine Size unknown Two Wheel Drive Automatic 65,000 miles

Drove car yesterday without any problems and today it will not turn over to start. We did change the battery about 6 months ago and it was parked outside in the cold weather.
The radio & lights do turn-on but not the engine.
Any suggestions on what is wrong
