1996 BMW 320 my car wont start

i have power in the battery
my ignition lights come on but when i turn the key to start position the starter motor does not engage
also when bumping it does not start
i have no spark while engine is being turned over

No snapping blue spark continue to troubleshoot the ignition system-power input to the coil/coil packs,coils resistances,distributor pick-up coil, ignition control module, cam and crank sensors and computer Note: If it doesn't apply disregard it.

1996 has EWS and alignment could be the issue.
