1995 BMW 320 Clutch making loud noise

My BMW 320i has just recently started making a really loud clanging noise when i push in the clutch
even when it is lightly touched
just wondering if it is the clutch and if so much would it cost to fix?? roughly

Hi there,

This well may be a faulty clutch thrust bearing, but with the box out to fix this i would be doing the entire clutch at the same time, a clutch kit will be around $310.00 flywheel machine $50.00 and approx 7-8 Hrs labour this will depend on local labour rates.
