Oil leak

I have a 98 318ti with approx 160 k miles. Oil continues to leak from the oil plug. I have changed the plug twice.......does the pan need to be replaced or am I missing something? And if it does is it something I can do?

If the bolt will tighten, then reomve the bolt and check the plastic or neoprene washer, you should change these when you do the oil change!
