hello i drive 1999 bmw 318 i when i start my car in the morn or after work the car seems to have no power after i move off when i press the acl it seems to stop and stutter along but then after about 100ft the power kicks in the engine temp needle is always at cold when this happens and would move to the middle when then car runs ok with good power and acll
