2002 BMW 318 Heater blower

When the heater is switched on in the auto setting and temp of say 19-20 c. The fan starts to blow harder as the car compartment gets warmer. I then have to lower the fan blowing by manual control. This has been happening since I used my car phone charger. It was fine before that.
