Electrical problem

I have a BMW 318i 1992,recently the passenger side turning lights from back to front have stayed on solid even when the car is switched off, the driver side flashes once then stops, my hazard lights and front spot lights dont work either, i have tried fuses etc to no prevail,also i have a serpi star alarm fitted i,m not sure if it has an immobiliser,i would appreciate any kind off feedback or suggestions thanks.
