how much does it cost to retap a bolt on engine block replace down pipe manifold replace rear wheel cylinder and brakes and battary uk prices

It is difficult to calculate for the broken bolt, I would need to see it.. Rear wheel cylinders and battery I would guess 200 or so US dollars for parts, labor about 1.5 hrs and the down pipe 1.5 hrs as well.
