Bluetooth hands free not working properly

This radio code is stored in the vehicle package and possibly the selling dealer file. Unfortunately, there is no way for us to get that code.

The only way I have heard to "bypass" it is if you disconnect the battery for five minutes and then reconnect. In most cases, this will reset the radio and it may be unlocked for you as long as it is not set up to require the PIN every time you try to pair a new phone. If this is the case, you may need to see a dealer.
