Blue smoke?

Can't see apparent leak from engine just usual dirt. Blue smoke from exhaust, more when accelerated. No milking color in oil do need filter changed and wondering if it could be cause of burning?

Hi,

If you run the engine with dirty oil for an extended period of time, it will cause wear quicker to the engine. However, if this is one time, that wouldn't cause it.

How much oil is it using? Also, if there are no external leaks, check the PCV valve to make sure it is good. Also, if you are only seeing blue smoke under acceleration, it could also be valve seals.

Let me know. Also, this vehicle isn't offered in the US, so I have nothing in my manual related to oil use.
