blowerfan for heat

if the blower fan makes noise a bushing is probably gone out of it or something is hitting the fan. the other problem may be a stepper motor if yo have manual a/c then it doesn't show it and it may be in same place as pic. if not it may be a cable going to a lever and it has broken. the flap motor ;may be behind glove box.
