Blower runs constantly?

I replaced climate control, motor resistor. Is the relay bad, if so, where is it? Not in fuse block, either interior or under hood. Not on firewall either. Where is relay on this truck?

So, if the blower motor is bad it will pull too many amps and knock out the speed control resistor so I would do both. There is no relay here is the blower motor wiring diagrams, also I would check the ground at G200 near the right A door pillar. Check out the images (below). Let us know what happens and please upload pictures or videos of the problem.
