Blower motor runs when car is running

Hi,

Just acquired the car listed above LS model from the original owner.
Car has digital climate control.

Blower motor runs whenever key is on, and also when car is running.

Climate control is off, not on automatic.

Heat and A/C work fine.

I would say the speed on the blower motor is approximately at medium, considering the sound it makes.

Car has 40,000 miles.

Good evening,

Sounds like the blower resistor is shorted to voltage. This is a common problem.

I attached a picture of the location for you. It is a tight fit behind the passenger valve cover on the heater case. There is one wire connector and 2 small screws to remove.
