Blower motor resistor location

Thanks for the reply, but those are the same images I found online. Unfortunately my resistor is not located there. I even went to a local junk yard and found the resistor in that spot on the car there it was a 2003 though, but it is no where to be found on my car. There was a post from back in 2013 where someone couldn't locate their resistor on a 2002 model also. I even removed the plate on the drivers side and not there either. It has to be in a somewhat accessible location. I may just have to contact a shop that specializes on working on minis. Thanks
