Blower motor not working on high setting

The blower motor has no power when the selector is set to high. It works fine on levels 1, 2, 3. Power seems to drop both to the fan and AC switch when set to high. I have checked fuses, replaced the resistor, and I have replaced the relay with no effect. I am looking to find the next logical point of possible failure.

I am competent in all aspects of working on mechanical issues but I have no expertise on how to measure/diagnose electrical issues, but I can easily follow instructions.

My next steps would be to pull the selector switch to make sure there are no shorts or dirty contacts? But I don't know if that even makes sense.

Unfortunately, I have no history with the car, I just purchased it for my son and discovered the issue.

Any advice would be appreciated. I don't want to have to invest more money than necessary since this is a high mileage car.

You have done a lot already, and yes, the next thing I would check is the switch. To be honest, it sounds like the switch itself. I have attached a portion of the wiring schematic related to your problem. Please excuse the poorly drawn arrows and numbers. First, I indicated with numbers which wire should get power based on fan speed selection. Then from the wires associated with speeds 1, 2, 3 I have an arrow out (right side arrow) showing power going to the blower motor. Next, the left side arrow shows power for high speed. The high speed bypasses the resister and puts 12v directly to the motor.

To check the switch itself, you will need to access the wiring to see if there is power to the black/orange wire at the switch when high is selected. You can use a test light to check that. If there is no power to the wire, replace the switch.
