Blower motor not working?

HVAC blower motor not working. I replaced the blower module it is still not working jumped blower motor 12v works fine. Need location of module relay. If relay turns out to be good could it be the programmer?

I have seen the programmers go out and cause this problem, here are the location of the components needed to help us fix the problem. I found a better wiring diagram as well, Check out the images (below). Please let us know how it goes.
