Blower motor does not work at any setting. The vehicle is equipped with dual temperature auto climate control. All other features seem to be working. I replaced the Blower motor power module, but I am still not getting any voltage at blower motor terminals in any fan speed position. (Tested with multimeter probes to 2 motor connector terminals). I have tested M11 and M34 fuses are good. What's my next step?

So there is a blower motor relay and fuse # J15 inside the TIPM. Also, I would check the ground for the fan control module. Here is a guide to check the fuse for power when the system is on:

I would swap out the relay as well if the fuse is good. I have included the blower motor wiring diagrams so you can see how the system works, also, I have marked the ground for the blower motor control module I would check as well. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.

Correction : There is 12v on terminals 30 and 85 of the relay socket when the ignition is Off. There is no continuity between terminals 85 and 86 of the relay. The fan does not run if terminals 30 and 87 of the relay socket are connected, and the ignition is on and the fan is at any speed.

It appears you didn't receive my earlier message. Ken, Thank you for your interest in my problem and the wiring diagrams. The J15 fuse tested good. The relay appears to be bad but even when I bypass the relay with a strap across terminals 30 and 87 the fan doesn't run in any ignition switch position. I could not locate the fan motor ground on the left side of the dash, is there any more concise location information or better yet a photo?

They don't give us the exact location of the grounds, sorry, but can I ask if terminal 30 has power?

Let us know how it goes.

I fixed the original problem by replacing the blower relay. But now have another problem. When I tried to reinstall the floor vent duct work, which is high up in the dash and not visible, I had the blower on so I could tell if the piece I was tried to fit in was over the air source. I had a strong air flow thru the piece at times but could get it to snap in place. In that process, I may have done something to the air flow diverter. Because now, the air flow isn't strong to the floor and changing the air flow on the controller (defrost, vents or floor) doesn't change anything.

I've taken off the interior of the glove box and can now see how the vent duct snaps in place. So, my only remaining problem is the air direction control (defrost / vent / floor) is not working. Please advise.
