How do i access this? it appears the glove box is in the way for the top bolt. i have taking all bolts out of glove box still wont come out.

Hi and thanks for using 2CarPros.
Here are the directions for removing the instrument panel compartment. The attached pictures correlate with these directions. The directions are picture 1. Pictures 2 and 3 show the locations of the retainers and the module.
