When I turn the A/C on the blower only works on 1 setting. What would cause that?

Hi Tana,
Just so I am understanding correctly, the blower only works on one speed. I just want to make sure you don't mean it only works on one vent setting (feet, head, defrost).
If I understand correctly, then most likely your issue is the blower motor resistor. I have included the testing and replacement of this component.
