Blower motor

Replaced blower motor and it still does not turn. No air from dash but rear works okay except for a clicking noise. Performed self diagnostic test of electronic temperature control module. Received a "rear on con" and then at the end of test had a 29 on the left side of the module screen and a 16 on the right. This appears to be a blend door actuator code and that I believe is the clicking of the rear system. Is not the front and rear system separate? If so where do I go next? I have checked the resistor with an ohm meter and got zero readings but was not sure I did it right.

Hello,

Yes the systems are separate except they share the same compressor. So you have a blend door actuator that is out in the rear air.
