Blower fan speed controls not working on navigation screen?

The fan speed controls are on the navigation display. They just quit working one day but I didn’t have some A/C problems. The A/C is working correctly now but I cannot control the fan speed. I don’t know if this may be due to a bad trinary switch. Either on the high or low side. I just read that they might control the fan speed.

Yep, I have seen the climate control unit fail and cause this problem, here is how to change it out to fix it. I would get a used one from ebay. Check out the images (below). Let us know if you need anything else.
