Blower fan stays on will not shut off?

My blower is on all the time and the radio does not work. I had to take out the fuse to turn the blower fan off.

try replacing blower motor relay with a like relay then see if it still stays on. if it does then it has to be scanned for codes to see if the blower control module is bad or messing it up. a mechanic will have to do that with a professional grade scanner.

I forgot about radio there are four different kinds of radios. that will need to be scanned if you have a radio code in your manual try reentering that and check fuse as well.
