Blinkers working but no sound?

Both blinkers are working but there is no clicking sound coming from them. This happened before and it randomly came back and recently has randomly gone away again.

The clicking sounds come from the radio speakers, does the radio seem to work okay? If so, I would reset the system by disconnecting the battery overnight to see if that fixes the problem. Let me know what happens.

The radio does work, yes. You’re saying remove the battery overnight and then put it back the next morning to see if that fixes it?

Yes this can reset the system and allow it to reboot.
