So, all of a sudden, I turned my blinkers on a I didn't hear them clicking or lighting up. But my brake lights and headlights and hazard lights still worked. I checked the fuse, and the fuse was blown so I put another one in same size 10a and as soon as I turn the blinker on it pops again. How can I fix this?

Yep, this is usually because the bulbs or sockets in the rear of the car get melted. Here is a guide to help and I have included how to remove the bulbs for inspection for your car:

Okay, I would look at the front blinkers then, they can have water damage and rusted. The bulbs are the most popular place to have a shorted circuit.
