My blinkers, horn and, cruise control stopped working suddenly. i have checked all fuses and changed the relay. what else should i check?

check fuse and relay in pic as it is the same relay. then have a mechanic check switches and clock spring in steering wheel if the clock spring is bad it will effect both cruise and horn.
