Where is the blender actuator located?

It is located under the dash on the AC/heater box. There are two of them, one for each side. First, here is a link that shows in general how one is replaced:

AIR MIX DOOR MOTOR (DRIVER)

Removal
1. Remove the heater and cooling unit assembly.
2. Remove the steering member from the heater and cooling unit assembly.
3. Disconnect the air mix door motor electrical connector.
4. Remove the three screws and remove the air mix door motor.

Installation
Installation is in the reverse order of removal.

AIR MIX DOOR MOTOR (PASSENGER)

Removal
1. Remove the center console lower cover LH.
2. Disconnect the air mix door motor electrical connector.
3. Remove the three screws and remove the air mix door motor.

Installation
Installation is in the reverse order of removal.

Welcome to 2CarPros.

Might I assume you are looking for the location of the heater air mix door actuator as I don't recall a blender option on a Titan? There are two on that trucks HVAC system. One which is used to control the passengers side temperature is located on the bottom of the HVAC case and is visible from under the dash over the transmission tunnel. The other one that controls the drivers side temperature is located on the top front of the HVAC case and requires that the steering column, dash assembly and the heater case be removed to get access to it for service. To do that you also need to drain the coolant, and recover the AC charge.

In the image the passenger side unit is number 5 and the drivers side is number 3. Note that image is reversed from how it would set if you are inside the truck.
