It is very rare to have two actuators fail at the same time. Might I ask what the symptoms are, and what other testing has been done? Asking because although the right side isn't hard the left side unit requires the interior of the truck to be gutted because that actuator is inside the HVAC case.
However, if you need to replace both because they failed then it's easier to just strip them off and replace all of them as well as checking the internal doors and heat and A/C cores while you have it apart. Step one of that is going to be draining the coolant and having the A/C charge recovered Then disconnect the battery. Then you strip out the steering column, Dash panel and then the HVAC case comes off the firewall. If you have a bench seat it's usually easier to pull that out as well just for the extra room. https://eautorepair.net/VehicleSelector/Index and get one of the subscriptions to cover your vehicle as there are individual procedures for each item to be removed and replaced and it's really easy to miss a step like replacing a gasket or adjusting a door seal without having the info in front of you. Parts wise I would suggest using only OE parts so that you are not needing to go in and replace them again. It is not a fun job even in a shop with all the tools.
