Blend door actuator replacement

The actuator that is on my vehicle listed above Denali is beside the blower, not under it. I cannot get a socket into remove it.Does the blower need to be removed? Not the best place to put the actuator.

I couldn't agree more. Anything to make it more difficult. Now, based on which one you are replacing, left or right, will make a difference. I attached the directions for both below. Take a look through them and let me know if it helps. The first two pictures correlate with the left actuator. The second two are the right.
