I just recently replaced my broken blend door actuator. One of the disks inside was cracked. Installed the new one and it still doesn't work. Open it up but there are no disks broken. It could be the small motor inside the unit but I don't have a electrical tester for it. Or it could be a fuse. Now, if it is a fuse or relay, how do I know what to look for.
Now, my vehicle has separate driver and passenger HVAC controls. The passenger side works well when switching from cold to hot. But I noticed that the 'passenger control's don't work for the passenger side. The main(drivers side) controls do. Could it be that the lines are crossed and when I fix the problem with the blend door actuator the 'passenger controls will work for the drivers side?
